Booth Types and Fire Safety

Standard booths

Minimal booths size – 6 sqm.

MERO and SIMA construction systems will be used for construction of booths.

If you order one of standard booths, you'll be provided with:

• exhibition module of the required space and design, assembled of white wall panels 2500 х 1000 х 4 mm size, fastened together by anodized aluminium parts (support and frame sections);
• fascia board with frame sections 300 mm wide where the name of the company is placed (Form 4), the board is mounted by 2,2m of the floor level parallel to the open side of the booth;
• carpeting;
• equipment according to enclosed drawings of standard booths;

You can order additional equipment, furniture, electrical appliances. All elements of booth decoration must be placed inside and must not protrude to the aisles or exceed the height of 2,5m. In case the booth height is more than 2,5m, it is charged extra.

Exhibitor guarantees return of equipment. In case the equipment is damaged, Exhibitor must pay its market value.

Application form

Recommendations and rules for all booths

1. Exhibition has a right to shift or move anything that hampers normal work of the exhibition at the expense of Exhibitor. Equipment and exhibits of participants must be placed within the allotted space and must not block the aisles between booths.
2. Special lights of the fascia board must illuminate only that fascia board. Flashing light is not allowed. Exhibition has a right to cut off power of those Exhibitors, whose illumination disturbs other Exhibitors.
3. It is forbidden to fasten equipment elements and exhibits to the floor, walls and overlappings of the exhibition halls without written permission of Exhibition.
4. It is strictly forbidden that Exhibitors repair defective electrical appliances on their own or perform plug-in of electrical appliances to stationary power sources of the exhibition hall on their own.
5. Only one-sided sellotape can be used for fixing information materials on wall panels. It is forbidden to use glue, paints, drawing-pins, to drill surfaces or do anything that can harm panels.
6. Exhibition must be informed about all non-standard phone equipment of the Exhibitor: fax machines, modems, multiline telephones, caller ID etc.
7. Audio, video, projecting equipment, boosters or live music mustn't be used without the permission of Exhibition and must not disturb other Exhibitors.
8. Exhibitors must remove their exposition from the hall on their own (exhibits, furniture, advertising materials, constructions, rubbish and other property that was delivered to the booth for the exhibition).

Fire safety

Exhibition provides general fire safety at the exhibition.

It is forbidden to smoke, to use open flame, to block aisles with equipment, packages in the area of the exhibition.

It is forbidden to bring highly inflammable exhibits to the booths. Exhibitor must perform fireproofing for all highly inflammable items and materials and give relevant certificates of fire safety to Exhibition. Exhibitor must secure fire fighting appliances at its own expense.

During transportation of exhibits, assembling and exhibition period non-standard booths (equipped according to an individual project) must be provided with:

• booth plan
• certificate confirming that materials and constructions including carpeting, wood, podiums, etc. are fire-proof and are not highly-inflammable
• contract with firms that provided fire-proofing of materials;
• insulation resistance protocol for power networks, power equipment, wires, cables. The protocol must be issued by a company which has relevant licences.

Cleaning

Organizer provides cleaning of the aisles and rubbish removal from marked places. Cleaning of the booths and exhibit areas must be performed by Exhibitor or by Exhibition at the expense of Exhibitor.

After closing of the exhibition at 7.00 p.m. all rubbish, rubbish bins, etc. must be put into the aisle.
