Official Catalogue

Each exhibitor of an exhibition "Music Moscow 2008" acquires the right to free-of-charge accommodation in the Official Exhibition Catalogue of information (in black-and-white) about the company. Also we are ready to provide additional paid advertising services at your disposal. Exhibitor is provided with three printed issues of the catalogue.

1. Information for accommodation in the catalogue should act in management of an exhibition not later on August, 15. The materials may send by e-mail (catinfo@musicmoscow.ru) or mail and messenger service. Our address is: Of.203 B, Prospekt Mira,101, Moscow, 129085, Russia. In case you send it by courier service please use standart digital media (CD-R, CD-RW ,DVD-R,DVD-RW or flash). Others will not be accepted. If materials will not act up to a target date (15 aug), the organizer reserves the right to itself to not place the information on the company which have not given materials up to this date.

Information should include the following:

- Company name, logo
- Field of activity
- (in both Russian and English languages)
- Requisites of the company:
postal address
address
phone(s)
fax
e-mail
www-address.
Quantity of signs in information article: not more than 2000
symbols

File types:
Images need to be set at a print resolution of 300 dpi (CMYK) saved as TIFF, JPEG, AI.

Technical Requirements to Adverts
Trim size: 137 x 210 mm
Size before trim: 147 x 220 mm

Attention!!!

Important elements (logo, essential elements, images of production, etc.) should be on distance not less than 10 mm from edge of a strip (trim size)!

Prices for advertising (for 1 strip rage):

Any company, which does not participate in the exhibition as Exhibitor, may not insert information in the official catalogue without preliminary approval of the Exhibition Director.
