Delivery of the equipment and booths building.
Installation: «05», «06», «07» october 2008 ã . from 10.00 'till 20.00 and «08» october 2008 ã . from 09.00 'till 19.00.
Vehicles are permitted to enter the CEC "Sokolniki" territory on "05", "06", "07" October and "08" october, 2008 from 9.00 'till 18.00.The entrance to an exhibition hall is closed at 18.00, an assembly gate are closed at 20.00.
Delivery/removal of exhibits is carried out through an assembly gate. Loading/unloading equipment of the exhibitors is not allowed to enter the exhibition halls.
Standart Booths
Requirements:
1. To give the letter on equipments "delivery/removal" for its signature to the following:
- Exhibition organizer «ADMT» ('till 03 october 2008). Our address: Office 203 B,Prospekt Mira,101, Moscow, 129085, Russia. Tel/fax: +7 (495) 380-24-82, 380-24-83.Our working houres: 10-00 - 18-00. Starting from 04 october 2008 all the papers are accepted at CEC "Sokolniki", hall ¹4 from 10-00 to 20-00. The letter had to be signed by exhibition's director Gulya Zaripova.
ATTENTION: The letter is signed strictly after the full payment of the contract and all services according to applications of exhibitors
2. To give to technical director of the company MVK-design (925 34 84, Alexey Auharenok) lists of employees which will work on installation and dismantle of an exhibition, for reception of temporary passes. For an input in a showroom To enter the hall employees should have at themselves the documents proving the identity.

Additional delivery of the equipment during the exhibition is allowed on «09» and «10» october 2008 ã . Assembly gates are open from 08.00 'till 09.00. During the exhibition delivery/removal of the equipment to in/out of the hall is possible only with the written permission of the organizer. Permission is signed by exhibition's technical director Gulya Zaripova.
Additional assembling time:
Requirements:
- Filled application for additional time of installation. In the application to specify number of pavilion and number of the stand on which installation will be spent.
Rules of booths disassembly of stands and removal of the equipment.
Disassembly: «12» october from 16.00 to 20.00 and «13», «14» october 2008 from 09.00 to 20.00.
Vehicles are permitted to enter the CEC "Sokolniki" territory on «12» october from 16.00 to 18.00 and «13», «14» october 2008 from 09.00 to 18.00.

To give the letter on equipments "delivery/removal" for its signature to the following:
1. To the exhibitions organizer (registration hall). The letter had to be signed by exhibition's director Gulya Zaripova.
ATTENTION: The letter for "delivery/removal" of the equipment with all necessary signatures resolves the entrance on "Sokolniki"'s territory.
Please pay your special attention: vehicles with carrying capacity more than 3,5 ò. (except for ZIL 5301 "Bychok") are allowed to enter the city centre only from 20-00 till 06-00. The vehicles should have special passes which are nessesary to buy at UGIBDD (Stariy Tolmachevskiy per, ä.8, òåë. + 7 (495) 951-08-64, 953-36-61.
Entering the exhibition center by passenger cars:
To enter the CEC "Sokolniki" territory during the exhibition each company-exhibitor is provided with one free pass. You should know the car's state number to get it. The pass becomes valid if has the car's number and the organizer's stamp on it.
