Catalogue
Every exhibitor of "Music Moscow 2010" has the right to place the information article about his company (in black and white, 137 x 210 mm, 2000 characters including spaces at most) in the Official Exhibition Catalogue.
Also you can place the additional paid corporate advertising in the separate block of the catalogue. After the exhibition exhibitor is provided with two printed issue of the catalogue.
1. We (“ADMT-company) accept materials strictly before scheduled date (15 July 2010)
All information and adverts are produced digitally. If you sending it via courier service it must be recorded on standart CD-R, CD-RW,DVD-R,DVD-RW or flash-cards. Other formats data mediums will not be accepted. If completed Form is not received before the scheduled date, exhibition has the right not to insert material about company in the Official Exhibition Catalogue.
Number of characters: not more than 2000 (both in eng/rus languages) including space characters (including company details).
Technical requirements (logo):
File type:
• *.EPS or *.AI, (CMYK), all fonts in curves
• As an exception: *.TIFF or *.JPEG, (300 dpi, CMYK), maximum size possible

2. If the company needs to insert additional paid corporate advertisement the following technical requirements had to be observed:
Strip format:
• Trim size: 137 x 210 mm
• Before trimming: 147 х 220 mm (margin is 5 mm on each size)!
Important elements (logo, essential elements, images of production, etc.) should be on distance not less than 10 mm from edge of a strip (trim size)!
File type:
• *.TIFF (300 dpi, CMYK, without layers, without alpha-channel, without compression);
• *.EPS (CMYK, all fonts in curves)
• *.AI (CMYK, all fonts in curves, insert bitmapped file(s) (if any) in TIFF or JPEG, CMYK, resolution 300 dpi)
Price for advertising in 1 strip:
- 2-nd и 3-rd sides of the cover, the first and last pages of the block - 800 EUR
- pages in the separate block in the end of catalogue - 500 EUR
Company which is not participate in exhibition as an exhibitor can not place any information in the Official Exhibition Catalogue without permission of exhibition's director.
Price for advertising if your company is not a participant:
- Information article - 300 EUR
Advertising:
- 2-nd и 3-rd sides of the cover of 1-st and 2-nd pages - 800 EUR, the first and last pages of the block
- pages in the separate block in the end of catalogue - 500 EUR
